Friends of MEND names Caldwell as president of board of trustees
Moorestown Ecumenical Neighborhood Development’s (MEND) has announced the appointment of Daniel J. Caldwell as president of its board of trustees.
About MEND
MEND is a faith-based, affordable housing development organization that was incorporated as a New Jersey nonprofit corporation that develops, builds, owns and manages affordable rental housing in southern New Jersey. Our housing portfolio provides a wide variety of below-market rental apartments for low and moderate income individuals and families. MEND’s housing is available to households needing a helping hand in securing a decent, safe, affordable place to call home including single adults, senior citizens, families and persons with special needs. We work in partnership with municipalities which are seeking to fulfill their state-mandated affordable housing obligations.
