MEND’s affordable housing mission has three primary facets:

1. We advocate for the production and preservation of affordable and workforce housing in the Burlington County region of southern New Jersey.
2. We own, manage and maintain our existing portfolio of rental apartment developments in Burlington County.
3. We undertake the development, approval, financing and construction of new rental apartment complexes in our market.
