MEND currently owns and operates rental apartments at numerous locations in Burlington County. These apartment developments vary in terms of both size and building type. 

MEND has constructed brand new housing developments; we have acquired existing housing properties and rehabilitated them; and we have reused and renovated several public buildings including a grammar school, a firehouse and a court-house/police station.

Our properties range in size from single-family houses to multi-family garden apartments. 

We also provide different types and sizes of apartments that are geared to a varied clientele including families with children, single adults, senior citizens and the disabled.
